SPILLT
Styleframes

I had the opportunity to work on a creative exploration for the wonderfully creative people from SPILLT.

THE GOAL: Define the visual style + design the styleframes

THE PITCH: Books with a romance and a fantasy setting. Our heroine jumps from one genre to the other, while the main connecting elements are icons portraying that respective genre. It turns out, that these worlds are at the palm of her hands - within the millions of books available to her. And she can visit anytime.

THE SOLUTION: Create high contrasting images, with each genre being represented in it’s own color scheme. The heroine should stand out. Along with incorporating the icons, add in letters. Both should feel like a “magical addition” to the imagery.
